My name is Helen
G'day I'm Helen.
I'm a qualified Strength and Conditioning Coach and experienced Personal Trainer. I'm originally from the UK and I’ve been living in Australia for the past 10 years.

I have loved sport all my life! With a background in competitive swimming, surfing, rugby, and CrossFit, I help people build strength, lose weight, improve performance, and feel their best.
​
I’ve worked with everyday clients, athletes, and sporting clubs across rugby, AFL, basketball, surfing, hockey, and athletics — delivering tailored programs that create real results.
I’ve also successfully coached multiple weight loss challenges, helping clients lose weight, build confidence, and improve their fitness.

My coaching style is supportive, practical, and evidence-based, with a focus on long-term success.

Whether you’re training for sport, chasing personal goals, or getting back into exercise, I’m here to help.

I’m also accredited with Sports Medicine Australia in Level 1 Sports Training and Advanced Taping, with first aid, strapping, and event support services available.
