My name is Helen Sherman
As a qualified Strength Coach and experienced Personal Trainer, I’m here to help you unlock your full potential — whether you’re training for sport, performance, or everyday strength.
With a background in competitive swimming and surfing, and a genuine love for Rugby, and CrossFit, I bring a well-rounded approach to coaching that suits a wide range of goals and fitness levels.
Over the years, I’ve worked with both individual clients and sporting clubs — developing tailored programs that deliver real, measurable results. My experience includes:personal training for everyday clients and athletes, as well as coaching AFL and Rugby clubs, and individual athletes in surfing, hockey, basketball, rugby, and athletics.
From junior athletes to senior teams, I’ve helped clubs improve their conditioning, explosive power and game-day performance — often reaching their fittest levels in years.
My coaching style is supportive, with evidence-based programming, and I’m all about building strong foundations that lead to long-term success.
Whether you're preparing for a sports season, working toward personal goals, or just getting back into training, I’m here to guide you every step of the way — with purpose, energy, and a genuine belief in what you’re capable of.
I am additionally accredited with Sports Medicine Australia for Level 1 sports training and advanced taping. If you require any first aid/strapping or support staff for events such as school carnivals, rugby tournaments, baseball competitions etc. please contact me. I can provide tape and first aid equipment if required.
